The self parking was easy. But just keep in mind it was $40 per car per night. Rooms are clean but hallways and elevator need more upkeep. Pool services was slow but people are nice over all. The price for drinks and food are pretty expensive for what it was. Overall first and last stay.

I booked a partial ocean view room through Expedia and paid in advance. Due to a weather-related flight delay, I arrived at the hotel a day later than originally scheduled. I informed the hotel of the delay beforehand and stayed in Miami overnight at my own expense, as airlines don't compensate for weather-related delays. Upon arrival, the hotel insisted I make a new reservation and pay again because I didn't arrive on time. They claimed to have refunded the original payment to Expedia and advised me to seek a refund from them. Despite multiple requests during my stay, the hotel maintained that they weren't charging a cancellation fee due to the weather and were refunding other affected guests. Additionally, they downgraded my room to a city view, even though the prices were similar. I've been trying to get a refund from Expedia for over eight days. The first agent promised a refund within 2-3 business days, but I haven't received it. Expedia now requires a written email confirmation from the hotel. However, every time I contact Expedia agents (6 different people now), they've been unable to provide this. They keep telling me that they are waiting to hear from the hotel. Totally horrible experience from the hotel and Expedia in refunding my money.

Unfortunately this hotel lost power and after waiting for hours we made the choice to leave. While I understand that Mother Nature isn’t this hotels fault, there was nothing done to share information or assist with finding alternate properties. We waited for 6-7 hours to make the decision to leave and no staff seemed to care.

No shower soap or shower shampoo for 4 days after 11 requests. No second bath rope or extra toilet paper. Requests to shift supervisor had no response. Wasted precious vacation time dealing with inefficient management. Last time in a Hilton resort for this kind of money. Had booked a room with partial ocean view. View was to the pool. Manager said if you step outside you see ocean. She needs to be replaced. Never again

We chose to stay in the largest room with an additional sitting area. The couch and table area was super useful and convenient. The bathroom was nice and new. The toilet was very close to the shower door and a little strange they would put it there. The bed was very hard, pillows gave me ear ache and the sheets were really rough. The air in our room worked well and the balcony was small but nice. The towels were very small and very stained. Unfortunately the water was very cloudy and not clear. So we didn’t swim much due to visibility. The food was horrible at the restaurant so we found other places to dine. Overall was no where near worth the almost grand a night to stay. Have ustayed at many other luxury hotel brands for a bit less for extremely better accommodation.

I was very dissatisfied with the room and broken things in the room. front desk staff unfriendly and rude. promised things and did not deliver. the best thing about to resort was the pool and pool staff. they were fabulous.

Love the staff on the property everyone was extremely friendly and great with directions and gave amazing suggestions on things to do! The overall property was amazing the only cons that I have are the bar in site closes entirely too early to be a resort, there aren’t late night food options on the property and the rooms are too outdated for it to be a 5 star property.
