Breakfast very basic staff great at the buffet. Only cleaned my room twice in a 8 day period. No biggie but extra hidden fees watch out!! Probably would not stay there again. Say you get a daily free drink wrong!! BOGO on Drinks. Bar closed at 9PM I would look elsewhere to stay

Very clean and nice hotel. Breakfast is great, but the coffee is the best. You don't need a car at all. You have a shuttle that goes either to the beach or downtown every hour. Over all a beautiful place to enjoy your vacation.

Amazing Experience
My wife and I made our first trip to Key West and loved our stay at this hotel. We had a room on the first floor where we went out our back sliding glass doors onto our deck, and then 2 steps to the pool and poolside bar, it was awesome!! When we rerurn to Key West we will absolutely stay here again and try to get the same room again, just perfect. The free drinks at the bar, the free shuttle downtown, the concierge in the lobby, everything worked out so well. We were really happy here.

Worst Fairfield stay I’ve ever had.
This is probably one of the worst Fairfield Inn I’ve stayed at. When we arrived they were doing construction and it was terribly loud. Both in the room or at the pool you could not relax. The room pictures on the website didn’t describe the room accurately. It was described as a 2 room suite. We had 5 people in our family. 2 grown adults do not sleep comfortably on the beds they provided. It felt like 2 oversized twin beds. The pullout couch that my kids slept on was terribly uncomfortable. You could feel the metal thru the mattress. There were no rugs or anything on the floor like most hotels. So it felt very cold and sterile in the room. The shower had black mold in there. The pool wasn’t heated and very cold. The breakfast was a regular breakfast that most American hotels serve. The powdered scrambled eggs had a hair in it. I really don’t have anything great to say. The price was ridiculously high and not worth it. Sorry but will not ever stay here again.

Parking is very limited, few sports to choose from. Hotel is dingy, looks dirty, probably the worst hotel I have stayed at. I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here.

Property is nice. Pool is clean. Nightly buy one get one free drinks. Free breakfast was basic but nice. Rooms were very clean and nice. Construction was going on so there were a few mornings it woke us up. The free shuttle to and from Duval was amazing and saved a ton of money on Uber fees. Taco Bell and Sonic are right next door for quick snacks.
