This was my 1st time at this property and I can’t say enough good things. Our room had a balcony facing the port so we got to see the cruise ships coming and going. We also were able to see every sunset without leaving our room. The property is very clean and well maintained. We had an excellent breakfast at the Hot Tin Roof restaurant overlooking the pool, ocean and Sun Set Key. We will definitely be back.

Staff were all GREAT! The room was very clean and large. Pool wasn’t big but was never so busy we couldn’t get chairs. Definitely check out the Hot Tin Roof bar and restaurant. Best Peaches and Cream Old Fashioned! Best drink I had in Key West! Overall, would stay again and would recommend!

The property is nice. The room was spacious and I liked the Caribbean vibe. Pool is outdoor and a bit small, and it got crowded, so get down there early. The food was fantastic and highly recommend room service for breakfast on the balcony. Fresh daily pastry was a chocolate croissant that was fantastic. We had partial ocean view and it was perfect to have breakfast. Was perfect walking distance from the action. Just far away not to be hearing the bustle all night, but just a quick walk to the bars and restaurants. The sunset was the most golden I have ever seen. Things I didn't like. There was a few tiny things ...room was just redone according to the bellman, but the sink kept on getting closed shut and we had to push from bottom of the sink to get it cleared. The bathroom door knob would get stuck and wouldnt close right There was construction going on below our room and there really wasn't much napping or siesta mid day because of it. The room phone didn't work, so you had to use your cell to call the front desk. I found it over priced. Overral stay for the location and staff.

This was the perfect place to stay. Sunset pier, Hot Tin Roof, conveniently located at the start of Duval Street. Every staff member made us feel welcome. The resort is so nice.

Hotel is located in the best part of the city. However, the building is outdated and could be remodeled a bit differently. The rooms are not cheap . They are charging a lot of money for the old property. The restaurant is great , food was amazing.
