"I was pleased with the size of the room and the quiet part of the resort we were in away from the main building with the sound of Teddington’s lock in the distance. The room was in good condition and clean. I don’t think the heated towel rail was working was the only thing I noticed. Also when I checked in it was after dark and I got lost trying to locate the building away from the main hotel once I checked in and as it’s not a very well lit site and I went the wrong way, it was a bit disconcerting. Almost certainly my mistake but perhaps taking people to the relevant exit would help or give clearer instructions,. The staff were helpful and polite though. Thanks would love to stay again and use more of the facilities next time."

"Reasonably priced, easy access to all terminals, quite. Only downside is very limited food options."

"Perfectly situated for west side of London - and price comparable with the area. Ample parking and only £22 a night to leave the car very safely in secure car park. Large spacious hotel and our suite was huge with a rain shower, comfortable bed and a full size bath. Helpful, lovely staff. Didn’t have the breakfast but bar type evening meal was acceptable, maybe a little limited in choice but tasty. Underground station right opposite meant quick and easy access into London each day to see all the sights. Also near to Turnham Green for plenty of independent shops, cafes and restaurants. Also near Chiswick house and gardens. Will definitely be making this our new base for any future London visits. "

"Rooms very warm as usual. Sink was very slow at draining and wasn't fixed. Staff knowledge was poor regarding parking and breakfast booking. Better directions to hotel as the entrance is at the rear underneath the motorway. "
