Some of the people of the stuff were great, others rude. The hotel Is ok for the price and it has a nice breakfast . But I felt controlled there, like they didnt allow me to have a guest, they Made you leave your key when leave the place, they reject amazon delivers... Things that didnt make me feel "like home" at all.

Great place if you are on a budget
Had a great stay at Leo House. Great location (25min walk from Empire state building). Room was quiet and comfortable and breakfast was great. Subway station is pretty much few steps away.

Rooms are with toilet without bathroom, No shower. Slow check in process, waited for 1 hour just to check in. Small Rooms. Corridor and rooms stinks. You can compare with cheaper Motels. Just the location is good. But that doesn’t justify the their Rates.

I have been selecting the Leo House for the last 10 years I've been traveling to NYC. On this last visit, they assigned room 409. It faces a wall, is small and housekeeping was not as good as it used to be. I've always given the Leo House the best rating but not for this recent visit. The free breakfast is the best.

Great stay at Leo House. If you're looking for an affordable spot in NYC this is a good option. The place is clean and the staff are all very helpful.

Only issue was the elevators were out at one point and I had to walk up to 4th floor. I have Multiple Sclerosis, so walking stairs is not easy for me.

We loved staying at The Leo House. The staff were excellent, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is no frills, but does provide a varied included breakfast, workspace, WiFi in the rooms and has laundry room. Really well situated too.

Although the rates have increased hugely over the last time I stayed there 9 years ago, they are supposedly within a reasonable margin as far as Manhattan is concerned. I like the proximity to the subway and the easy access to restaurants and cafes. The television options are very limited, but the free buffet breakfast is certainly a huge plus. Why aren't visitors allowed access to a guest's room if the front desk can have security information?

Great location. Hotel dated, but had everything you need. Good breakfast, laundry, outdoor courtyard. Additional charge if not booked direct.
