This beautifully decorated home has three bedrooms with two and a half baths, spacious lanai, salt generated pool & spa, and direct access to Factory Bay and Marco River. Located close to Rose River Marina, Mareks restaurant and The Snook Inn makes this homes' location convenient to rent a boat and discover what Marco Island and it's 10,000 Islands is all about. This home has a spacious lanai with an eastern exposure and ample space to enjoy the Florida lifestyle entertaining family and guests, with beautiful water views of the canal and bay. The pool and spa share a huge deck with plenty of outdoor space. There is an outside dining table for 6 on the lanai as well as a covered gazebo that has seating for seven with plenty of room for entertaining and great water views. Upon entering the home you will find a formal living area and a family room off the kitchen. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite complimented with a Roman tub and walk-in shower. It has direct access to the lanai and pool area. The second bedroom has a king size bed with a 32 TV and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Both guest bedrooms share a bathroom with 2 sinks, toilet and a combined shower/tub. The bathroom has access to the lanai and pool area. Kitchen has stainlees steel appliances, and a breakfast bar overlooking the breakfast nook that is open and airy with natural light streaming through the sliders. Amazing stay
Wonderful stay. House was beautiful, perfect location. We had dolphins swim up around the docks almost every morning. Great outdoor space perfect for family’s and young children. Had everything you need to stay.

The home was lovely! The pictures were accurate to the ones on line. Lots of room, kitchen stocked with everything. The pool and deck were great with a perfect view of the water. We had a dolphin swim right under the deck. The only negative is the pool area could use a bit of a refresh. The laundry tub should be replaced. They also need new beach chairs. I would stay there again!

Great vacation, perfect location
Property had everything described, and then some. Location was convenient to groceries, bars, restaurants and marina. Liked that it was way from “resort row.” Beach was a short walk and enjoyed many sunsets. Highly recommend this property for future stays.

On line pictures didn’t reflect true conditions of the place. The pool water was green, boat dock wasn’t safe to walk on, house smelled musty and worst there were cockroaches.

Location - central ... across from the Rose Marina House was clean and comfortable Friendly neighbor - brought us cookies :) I would stay here again Items to address Outside deck needs work ... also very dusty - needs to be washed off periodically Carpets between kitchen and dining room needs to be cleaned
