This property was incredible. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond their service. We had some slight plumbing issues on out first day, but they came immediately to remedy the situation and we had the best experience

They first allocated me the worst room-it was noisy (aircon made a noise), not clean and dated. Not sure why it’s necessary for guests to request a decent room before getting one. And when my items were moved to the next room, my fragrance was stolen out of my bag. They did reimburse me but this shouldn’t happen at a hotel of this reputation-I just never felt safe after that.
