Grand Beach Hotel
The property was nicely decorated and designed. Our room was big and comfortable. We brought our charging cords but forgot the plug. The rooms were not updated for the current cords. The tv had like 20 channels. The channels they did have would go in and out. No Netflix. It recommended to download an app so that it can be mirrored from our phone. That did not work. When we asked if they had plugs we could use, they did not provide any. 2/3 jacuzzis were not working, meaning they were not hot. They also could provide bikes like other hotels. When asked about bikes, they said the nearest location for the Citibike hub.

This is a wonderful hotel! The food was excellent, the staff was kind and attentive, and the rooms are huge and perfect! I stayed in a double with my sister and daughter and we had plenty of room.

Rooms are absolutely beautiful and clean. Love the all white beachy decor. Love the bay front view. The staff from the valet to the front desk were very friendly. Perfect beach front hotel with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for comfort. I really enjoyed my stay and will return whenever I am back in Miami

Terrible, terrible, terrible just stay there for 2 days and we have to call maintenance 3 times for they fix are AC and they never fix or change room to us also the toilet was broke shower slow food bad like everything was bad. Also they charge us for hotel maintenance I don’t know what maintenance we never have one.

I stayed here a month before my second stay. 1st stay did day stay. Liked so stayed again for a night. Hours of operations for bar, restaurant and beach access were odd. Bar on a Friday not open till 6. After long flight we wanted a drink. Nope. Beach setup closed at 5:30. I was even told by worker we couldn’t even sit on towel on beach. Room bed was horrendous, with springs poking our ribs. So had to change rooms at 11PM (that is when we laid down). Air conditioning did not go below 72. Next room stunk. Even tooth floss laying on counter. Was just not a good overall stay and will not be going back.
