Eric at the reception desk was phenomenal. He made our check in a breeze. Also he addressed and solved any concerns or problems that came about during our stay. For some reason the maid staff didn’t want to clean the room for three days. Also, the breakfast could have been better. Very basic for a Hampton Inn

I would return to this hotel.
Staff was friendly but they didn't seem very experienced and check in took a while and there was an issue as to how much the garage parking would cost that never was resolved (I just paid the higher cost). They did upgrade me up to a suite as a Hilton Honors member, which I did appreciate. The room was larger and more comfortable.
