It seems like I always get a remote for the tv that doesn't work or you have to press multiple times or harder to change a channel. No different this time. Extremely hard to change a channel.. I notified the desk when I left.

This was my 3rd stay at this property. The room was very spacious and had all the conveniences needed. The staff were always prompt and kind. I especially loved the complimentary laundry room, that meant I could come home with a suitcase full of clean clothing and reduce the number of clothing I needed as well. I was able to ship my packages and the staff was always willing to accommodating me collecting them. It is not walking distance from shopping but for the most part Dolphin Mall and Miami Int'l Mall are about 10-15mins (with traffic away) My only small compliant is, room service is twice a week so in the 5 days we were there we only had room service once. There was only one bin located under the kitchen sink. I would have liked one in the washroom as well. I will definitely recomment.

After my flight was delayed I booked a room here. The hotel is amazing the staff is welcoming and they gave me 2 pm checkout with no issues. Everything was clean the staff super friendly. I will definitely return here.
