The Miami Beach is a great facility with nice rooms, two great pools, and some cool amenities. However, the service is not befitting of the price and moniker of a 5-star hotel.

Beautiful property but the rooms have some wear and tear that has not been kept up with. Our toilet had a tile coming out and the shower and the room was not cleaned properly. Service was not consistent and some of the staff we came in contact with weren’t very helpful or nice .
