The stay was just as amazing as the first stay. Wish the shuttle ran earlier had to find transportation to the airport in the morning for our flight. Will definitely stay again.

The front desk staff was amazing, the room was very large and very nice for a stay before our cruise. The bar tender was amazing and very nice. Shuttle driver was very nice and pointed out interesting thing to do and see and places to eat close by. Overall, the stay was amazing, and I will defiantly stay again.

The hotel in itself was good! Very close to the airport and not far from the cruise port! My daughter and I stayed over one night 26 Jan 25! Rooms were made available as soon as we got in so that was a plus! My biggest complaint and the reason I didn’t give five stars is the transportation! I booked a hotel with great reviews and one where I could to and from the airport for our cruise! We waited over 1.5 hours after arrival for a shuttle they say run every hour on the hour! I saw other shuttles multiple times before our shuttle showed up for us and I had to call for that! A driver offered us a ride for twenty dollars which I refused because I knew the hotel wasn’t far! So that really needs to be fixed! When ppl get in town ppl are ready to settle in and relax! However upon arriving to the hotel the friendly staff made everything right! My daughter needed her nails done so we could a place only a short walk from the hotel! There is also a B of A if you need cash, a Target, and a casino in the area! We had dinner in South Beach and it wasn’t too expensive for an uber! I appreciated the location it gave all that was needed!
