If you are not taller than 6’0 you are not seeing out the window. For the room I had. The elevator worked sometimes and takes a long time. It was faster to take the stairs down from the 9th rather than to continue to wait.

Bathroom is very small need to hire more staff and more one elevator and they need American workers to speak English…. It was very convenient for us to get to our cruise… my first time in Miami an I really should’ve look at the hotel reviews and pictures closely. I don’t recommend this hotel if your staying more than one day….

Budget stay in downtown Miami
Older property. Clean, but showing its age. Superb location. Paying for parking is never desired, but reasonably priced. Staff at check in was ok. Solid 7 of 10

Cute, but lacking a lot of things.
When we first got to the hotel it seemed very nice. We checked in and they held our luggage. I am not a picky traveler, and I can handle pretty much any bed. However these beds were TERRIBLE! It was like laying on a rock, way too firm of a bed and my back hurt for two days after staying here. The worst part was the elevator, we were on the 10th floor, and after waiting 15 minutes (not exaggerating) for an elevator we ended up carrying all of our luggage down the stairs instead. It definitely has potential, but needs a serious update.

The rooms was not as clean as they should be. The beds are old with indentions in them not enough towels no washcloths or face cloths were provided. We had to ask for that even though there was two of us they still only had one coffee cup two towels in the room room was dusty Staff was friendly no microwave and no small refrigerator in the room. Bathroom was extra small.

This hotel is in a great area. It is close to shopping, bars and the port. The rooms are small and the bathroom is smaller than a cruise ship bathroom. The hotel bar did not open until 6pm. When i go on vacation I like to drop my things in the room and have a beverage. I do not like having to search for a place to go.
