Great place to have fun. Food was above avg, service far below avg. if it’s a party it’s there but high end service it lacks our room was dirty no soap and old coffee cups left behind.

We loved this place!! The main reason was the early morning outdoor training circuit with Paulo and his team!!! They were exceptional amd such a credit to this hotel. We have raved about him and the outdoor exercise circuit to our friends back on Australia!!!

The hotel was very nice but the WiFi was terrible even after moving to a different room. When I did move I went from an ocean view to partial ocean view.. also the fire alarm went off for almost two hours during testing. I would have liked a small discount.

I booked 3 ocean view suites that were over $450/night each for 3 nights. We stayed in the Tresor tower and one of the rooms smelled like a dead body (not joking). They told me it was probably a problem with the plumbing and said I could move to the room directly below the one I was in but it would probably have the same problem since the plumbing lines were connected. They wouldn't compensate me for the inconvenience at all and kept sending people up to the room to see if it really did smell bad (everyone they sent up immediately agreed that there was something wrong but no one ever fixed it). Extremely disappointed and grossed out. Pool was beautiful but I barely got to experience it because I was too busy going from desk to desk explaining to different managers/hotel staff that the room smelled bad. Nightmare. Will never stay here again.
