The pictures of the rooms are from a long time ago. Wallpaper peeling, filthy furniture and rugs, broken outlets. I knew I wasn’t staying at the Four Seasons, but I felt really deceived by the pictures. It’s very run down now. I’m certain I could get better for the same price.

It’s located at the heart of downtown so you can have access to many stores, shops and restaurants but that makes lots of noises especially due to a few pubs around. You hear people late night who scream and fight. The room has minimum facilities that is normal for a 3-star hotel. The faucet was loose and mirrors were very dirty. The worst experience was the guy at breakfast. He hit me and made the coffee at my hand poured and burned my hand. He didn’t even apologize for his behavior 😠😕! The staff are not very welcoming except our check in lady whose name is “Puma”. She was the best part.
