The sheet was so dirty and broken. I have to go a get my own blanket from my car thanks God it was just a few hrs to rest and continue my route, not a great place to be, never again.

Just terrible. I get I only needed a place to sleep for the night but the conditions of this hotel were just disgusting. Tried to use the pool but it was so cloudy and dirty. Sink and tub took foreeeeever to drain. There were literal balls of hair in multiple corners of the stairs in the stairwells. Dried up liquid spills/drips on the floors on the way to my room. Looks like the place has not been cleaned in years. No elevator which was a pain. The pictures posted are nothing compared to seeing it in person. I swear people live there because I could smell different ethnic food coming from different rooms. Pros- AC worked great. Check in/out process was quick and easy.

Convenient stay and I’d say we got what we paid for. Room was average, bed was hard, and there was a lot of noise from others guests mainly kids running in hallway. The neighbor seemed rough and there was lots of closed properties around. We were only there for one night but it was ok.

The property was old and in need of a good cleaning. The wallpaper in the rooms was stained and had graffiti on them. The sheets may have been clean, but were stained. Definitely not worth $300 a night.

The place had a bunch of screaming kids and adults in it, some little A-holes were smoking pot at the back door, it stank, the place was dirty, dark and dingy. No elevator, everything seamed run down worn out and old. The cleaning staff preferred to text/play with their phones, rather than cleaning the place.

My. Boyfriend and I left the room to pick up or food when we came back we noticed my debit and credit cards were in a different place. I then received a overdraft in my card for over 500 via ach green dot the housekeeper took pics of my card and id and used them, I spoke with manger who states my room was never cleaned !!! I believe it could've been the housekeeper and or the manager because he tried to cover up the fact that my room was cleaned he stated they never entered the room

Nightmare stay. The pool filter wasn't working. I told staff and informed them to close the pool immediately. It was revolting. The people around our room were a nightmare! Screaming at all hours of the night,I swear families are living there. I called to complain finally at 6am, the front desk did nothing. They said they would do something but they did nothing. The domestic fighting was so ramped, it scared my daughter. The smell of Marijuana in the hallways was shocking. I have escalated to Choice Hotels as there isn't enough time in my day to write all the nightmares thia experience left. Cloee the place down! Its not safe!!!

The staff were friendly, but the rooms were dirty. It was convenient because it’s close to attractions, stores, restaurants, etc but overall it was not a satisfying stay.

During our recent stay, my fiance and I encountered numerous issues that made our experience extremely uncomfortable. The room we were given looked nothing like the pictures provided, and to add to that, the keys we were given hardly worked, resulting in us being locked out and having to climb flights of stairs to seek assistance, as there were no elevators available. When we finally reached the front desk, we had to wait for 20 minutes before a staff member became available, and even then, they spent an additional 10 minutes speaking on the phone before attending to us. The absence of microwaves in the rooms was disappointing, and the overall quality of the accommodations was very poor. Given the choice, I'd honestly rather sleep in my car.
