The tv didn’t work in two different rooms, ac barely work room was muggy and it smelled like mildew. The bop manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. But it’s what I expect from the people of Ocala. Never cease to amaze me.

Incorrect information is in Expedia about parking. It says $10 parking available however, $10 parking is available in the garage across the facility and it’s not very clear where it is per reception’s instruction. The $25 parking is available in front of the hotel which is very deceiving.

The parking set-up is horrible because they don't have enough parking on the property. You have to park in a garage, pay and cross the street with your luggage. The front of the hotel and entrance is not clear and the hotel is in downtown, so we have to deal with one street which make it hard to look for.

The room they gave use witch was a upgraded option was rite on top of kitchen noise and smell was a little to much they should really not have a balcony on that room nor sell it as a upgrade, should be discounted to be honest! But staff was great! Room also was very musty and almost smelled moldy ! But service was great !

For the price, I was disappointed. They have the old wall mounted ac unit, no bottled water in the room for guest, and overall they need to update the rooms. First time staying Hilton and probably the last. Better experience with Marriott.
