Didn’t like: broken elevator, walls so thin we heard the person next door snoring and coughing all night. Room had a musty odor. For the rate we paid, we expected a better experience. Liked: the on site restaurant and free breakfast buffet were both good. Staff were pleasant and very helpful, other than the strange odor, the hotel was very clean

Almost everything was excellent as usual. One elevator was broken, but they opened a service one, so they made the best of a situation out of their hands. The only problem is that the breakfast buffet has clearly gone downhill. Last few years it had been very good, this year, it was on par with elementary school. I hope it gets better when we go back next December.

Accessibility issues
We had requested a roll in shower. We were given a room with that shower but 2 queen beds, not a king as requested. Had to switch rooms bc of a broken tv that gave us a king bed but no roll in shower. I’m disabled and was told there are only 2 roll in showers and the other room was taken. Very disappointing! Did receive daily housekeeping. That was appreciated. Would still stay again
