Hotel was very nice, clean and friendly. AC was noise, sink was clogged. I stayed two nights and neither was too big of a deal to report.

Pool was not heated. We chose this property as we were told by hotel that pool would be heated. When we approached the front desk we got an attitude about it basically telling us it’s a heated pool. The water was freezing cold. The breakfast choices are very limited. It’s the same thing every day and the restaurant choice around the area is a bit limited also.

I do not have one complaint about this hotel. Everything was great! Especially the staff. It was very quick and inexpensive to Uber to all parks.

Our stay was perfect. Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. Never have I ever had such a great experience at a hotel as I did here. I will definitely choose to stay here again and recommend. The staff is just amazing.

We were looking for a nice inexpensive place to stay for a quick overnight trip and this was IT. Clean place and friendly staff. Very welcoming. I would definitely stay against and recommend to a friend. When vacationing with my family I always look for quality’s cost efficient and this place hit the nail on the head .

At night after 9 the attention is very deficient just one person for all, no coffee any service for the room , and the breakfast is the same all days , I was for one week and was very boring the breakfast the same each day don’t change any food , in the day all staff is very friendly and efficient and I liked the hotel just I change the breakfast and it need more staff at night for work, I paid the parking and every night was very dificult for found a empty spot , the room was great with all that we needed

Very nice hotel for families . We stayed on the 7th floor and every night we saw fireworks from the room . Only thing I wish they could provide is airport transportation.

Clean, Courteous staff, and great location
This was the best Home 2 experience we have ever had. The breakfast was excellent, they even had mickey mouse shaped pancakes which my 8 year old loved. Service was exectional and the location was very convenient in relation to Disney. If I am not staying at a Disney resort, then this Hotel will be my first choice.

My first time staying and I loved it. Staff was very helpful , room was clean . Property is close to target, Ben n Jerry's , five guys and other dining options. The pool is nice with the waterslide also.

Amazing time at the hotel. Facility was clean and modern and staff was very accommodating. Only issue we had one night was that the toilet stopped working and they did not have a maintenance person on staff that night so we were offered to switch rooms but I think they should consider having at least 1 person in case of emergencies overnight. It was fixed the next morning, overall great experience will definitely return again.
