The refrigerator didn’t work and we told the person in front and she said there was nothing they can do about it. There were two lizards in the hallway, a dead worm in the hallway that we saw when we came in and it was never picked up.

Really close to Universal. Housekeeping being every 3 days is crazy, it should be 2 days at most. If you don’t want to waste water on towels everyday just ask the guest to leave them somewhere, but asking the guest to make their own beds or take their trash out is not good.

Overall my stay was great. There were two occasion that were time consuming. When checking in there was no one at the front desk waited 20 mins, and checking out waited another 15 minutes due to no one at the front desk.

The room was spacious and had modern decor. The fridge light was a little bright overnight. Acres was easy and the front desk team were very welcoming and friendly.

Tina, the front desk receptionist, was very friendly and helpful. She fixed our tv for us and she held onto the birthday cake I made for my boyfriend. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is literally up the street from universal studios. There’s plenty of dining options around the hotel as well. I will definitely be booking future stays here.

Excellent service! Went above and beyond having refugees staying in time of need. Definitely will be looking forward to stay again in a near future. Even made accommodation for us due to our room being damaged by the hurricane in no time!!! Major props!!!
