"Very friendly Check in process fast and polite the only downside I was asked to have my credit card on hold But noticed right away it was xtra $100 charged, after I paid for my room.. I called the hotel they said it would drop in 24 hours. But still shows it was charged since the 19th. Hotel review wonderful Room most comfortably bed, we were in the higher floor Suite City view, the Hotel has several options of dinings, lounge and live music, walking distance to the casino and mall which was closed but was ok you can have other places to visit, loved the pool next time I'll.stay more days and book directly seem to be cheaper , we definitely will be back :) highly recommend minus thr charged on hold still pending in my.account."
