"Bare Feet" Private Pool & Beautiful Beach Views

"Bare Feet," is located on the West End of Panama City Beach, directly across from the World's Most Beautiful Beaches! With spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico, this 3,300 square ft. beach house sleeps up to 20 guests.


Bare Feet spared no expense when it comes to a 5-star experience. You can choose to relax by the private pool, cook up a feast on the outdoor charcoal grill, or watch the sun fade away from one of 3 private decks (the beautiful white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico are a spectacular sight).

As you enter the home on the first floor, you will see a small living area including table and chairs plus a flat screen TV. The side door leads straight out to your private yard which has your outdoor pool, grilling area, and outdoor dining for 6 as well. Also located on the first floor is your first bedroom featuring two twin over full bunk beds and a shared en-suite.

Head up the stairs to the second floor and you`ll notice an exceptional open floor plan featuring a living area/dining area and kitchen layout. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all of the dinnerware, cookware and utensils you will need to feel right at home. The large dining room table can seat up to 12 guests, perfect for gathering the group for dinner plus an additional 7 barstools at the counter. The cozy living room is just to the side of the dining area with comfortable seating, a flat screen tv, and direct access to the second-floor walkout balcony. Enjoy the open space by opening the sliding glass doors and relaxing while lounging outside and catching a glimpse of the beautiful beach. Down the hall you have a half bathroom, washer and dryer laundry area, and a bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed with private en-suite.

Take the stairs to the top floor where you can relax in the common area, which has a futon couch and flat screen TV. Directly to the right of the stairs is a queen over king bunk bedroom with private en-suite and flat screen TV. Across the hall is another bedroom with a queen-sized bed, flat screen TV and en-suite. At the south end of the home near the beach are the two king master suites. Each of these rooms have their own private en-suite, flat screen TV's and best of all - direct access to a furnished walkout balcony. The sliding glass doors will lead guests to relaxation while taking in the sun and watching the waves across the street.

A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:

There is public beach access directly across the street! We recommend renting a beach cart to help make the walk to the beach easy by holding everything from beach towels to beach toys and coolers plus everything in between. This is also something our personal concierge can assist with!

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: Primary Guest must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

Listings / Pricing:
All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed.  Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation.  Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

My husband was hospitalized during this time so he, my son and family, and I didn't travel to Pensacola. However, other family members who were to share this holiday with us did enjoy the house and beach. Other than that, I don't have particulars. My experience with the company was very positive.

Fall Break 2022
We had age range from 67 to 6 for our fall break family trip this year. Bare Feet provided plenty of bedrooms and space. Loved having private bathrooms with each bedroom. The second floor offered open kitchen, dining and living room space. Plenty of space for meals together. The beach was a very short and easy walk. You do cross a two lane road but we found the traffic to be walker friendly. Listed as Panama City but is closer to Sunnyside. Not as congested. We would definitely stay here again.

Our group of 20 enjoyed this home. The location was great. We were able to walk right to the beach, the road was a little busier then expected but drivers were nice and always stopped for us to cross. The only negative about this home we have is that the cleaning company needs to do a better job. The top rack of dishes were dirty in the dishwasher. There were piles of sand in the downstairs bunk bed room closet. Food and crumbs in the pull out couch, personal items from previous families under beds. We’d definitely stay again.

It was so beautiful, from the location to the home itself. It accommodated all of us perfectly. We loved everything about it and definitely want to come back and stay again! Never have I enjoyed a vacation as much as I did this one.

Good location, good house.
We had three families stay at the location for a local swim meet. The good: The location was excellent, literally just across the street from the beach. The house lay-out is excellent with plenty of beds, linens, etc. It would be difficult to imagine a better house for a group of 10 or more. Communication was excellent before and during the stay. The not as good: The pool is SMALL. Just a heads up because it looks much bigger in the pictures. It really is just a dipping pool. Kids enjoyed but be aware if you're looking for a larger pool. We didn't notice at the time but upon returning everyone in the group indicated that their clothes smelled awful - much like cigarette smoke. I'm not sure if the previous tenants smoked and the unit just febreezed the heck out of it but it's taken three washes to get the smell out. Lastly, It feels like they really try and nickel and dime you upon arrival. They kept hitting me up to come in earlier at a discount but wanted to charge 1-300 dollars extra for a 2-3 hour earlier check-in. It was a little ridiculous.

Amazing Location and Beautiful House
This house was perfect for our group. We had five families and all us adults each got a bedroom, plus we were able to have all the kids downstairs together. It was awesome they had their own area as well. We also each got our own bathroom. The location is directly across the street from the beach and because it's a public access entrance, there was nothing blocking our perfect view of the ocean. We loved the quiet area of the west end, and the house's amenities were amazing. We will probably stay here again.

My family & I love this property so much that we have rented it twice. Our favorite feature is the beach access directly across the street. Beautiful property, although cleanliness could use some improvement. Close enough to major attractions on Front Beach Rd, but far enough to not be interrupted by a constant flow of traffic. A plus if you are traveling with little ones.

Good experience. Lovely house and well appointed - we appreciated the garage and corn hole game.
We would have appreciated a week long supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, Kleenex. The ice maker is deficient in the fridge but we appreciated bags of ice left - freezer should be fixed.

Overall our stay was excellent. We did find that the property needed better cleaning (lots of sand in bedrooms and bed covers stained) but nothing we couldn't live with. Loved everything about the house and accommodation. Location was perfect with great beach views from the house. It was a very short walk to the beach. The pool was small but proved to be perfect for the kids to play in. I can't say enough about the property management. They were so quick to respond to every concern or small issue we had. Perfect for family Thanksgiving
This property met our needs perfectly. While you had to cross a road to get to the beach, the road wasn’t busy, and the walk was super short, and the view of the beach from the house was stunning. The little pool was better than I expected from the pictures. Our kids enjoyed it, I just wish that it was heated, but most months that wouldn’t be needed. Kitchen was large for hosting our band of 20 parents and kids. Great for meals, crafts, and board games. TVs in every room when we needed a distraction to make dinner after a day at the beach. A few minor complaints would be that the side door coming in from the garage really needed to be slammed to stay shut. I wish the kitchen had more cutting boards and an electric griddle. Last complaint was that the vacuum wasn’t that great; tracking in some sand is inevitable, so a powerful cordless vacuum would have made it easier for us to clean it up each night. Highly recommend a stay here.

House was well set up for all ages. We had 12 ranging in age from 1 to 67 and accommodations were fine for us all. Furniture was fine and outside furniture was very nice. Would recommend to anyone planning a family vacation. At first look pool seemed small but it was perfect for young ones

Good family home
The home was big and spacious. Our family fit perfectly. With Covid-19 being a big concern we spent a lot of time there. Loved having the Green egg to help with the outdoors. While the little kids swam in the pool the guys cooked. Pros- spacious, close to pier park and Rosemary, good view of the ocean from the both decks, very close to the beach and more peaceful areas. Cons-pool is to small for all to enjoy(little kid friendly), front beach is a main road to cross the beach but traffic was not bad and people drove slow, needs more cleaning, (sofas were stained heavily) and better clean up in the bathrooms). Overall good house with great space in a good location close to the ocean with some ocean views.

Great Family Vacation
Rented this prior to the COVID-19 quarantine and considered cancelling. Glad we didn't! Great time for the family. Daughter and son-in;aw walked the beach every morning and took the grand kids to the beach at night to "explore" the crabs. Water was a bit cool this time of year (May) but it didn't stop everyone from splashing around. Convenient shopping,, short ride or mid range walk, small pool, beach access right across the street, great kitchen and family areas. Decks off the second and third levels provide great view of the beach and a place to be alone with your significant other. Highly recommend "Bare Feet" !!

50th Anniversary Trip
The house was absolutely beautiful. This was our 50th anniversary celebration with kids, grandkids and great grandson. The house was a great size for all of us. Loved the open living room and kitchen where we could all gather and beach access right across the street. One thing I would mention that a griddle would be nice because we had to use a lot of pans to make pancakes for our group. Also you need more dish towels. Otherwise a fantastic family trip!
