The location is amazing and the view from the balcony is really the highlight. But the property is really old. We had to pay extra to be upgraded to a better room because the first one had issues with water in the shower. But every staff member we encountered was kind and helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, there is just no hiding how old and in need of repair this property is.

Friendly staff. nice beach with chairs and shade. restaurant by the beach. spacious room, tiny balcony. poor wifi in some areas. Showing it's age but you're not going there to sit in your room! Streets around are hilly and rough for someone with mobility issues.

Don’t listen to the people who only can talk a bunch of trash about this place. Is it perfect? No. But the price is right, the staff are amazing and there is a beach club and a really fun rooftop bar with great entertainment. I’ve stayed here twice and I would do it again. It’s a quarter of the price of the Almar or Pinnacle. If rather put that money into the local restaurants and vendors.

Older property but has everything for a nice vacation. Roof top patio, clean rooms, amazing staff and great beach area and restaurant across the steeet from actual hotel. Walking distance to everything! Would definitely be back!

All staff were polite and very helpful. The hotel general manager, Arturo, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The location is great for walking Zona Romantica. We would stay there again if we return to PV.
