Sweet place
Really sweet, please to stay not incredibly fancy but exactly what I needed! Great location if you’re walking. The staff was lovely. If I return to that area, I will Stay again. Traveling as a single person, I felt very safe.

Pros: Very quick, easy & accommodating checkin & checkout. All staff members at front desk were extremely pleasant and helpful. Needed a 1-night stay before departing flight the next day. We wanted to spend the last night of our trip in Old Town & this was a perfect location. Cons: It's an old facility so just keep that in mind when booking. No elevator. Our room was on the top floor & navigating three flights of stairs with our suitcases was challenging. We managed it OK but it could be a deterrent for other travelers.

Very nice staff. In the communal kitchen they could use a new toaster and an electric pot to boil water with an automatic turn off for those of us who do pour over coffee or tea. A line somewhere to dry wet bathing suits or other items since they don’t want us to hang clothes on the balcony or railings.

Four Days of Fun in Viejo Vallarta
This hotel is in the ideal Viejo Vallarta location! It is an older building, with small rooms and few amenities. There were only two outlets in the room and no refrigerator for cold water storage. The mattress was hard, but I like it that way. My only real complaint about the room was the AC unit's constant clicking sound (louver oscillation). The restaurant offers a fantastic breakfast! The staff was friendly and the housekeeping was thorough.

The lobby was beautiful but the room airconditioning was malfunctioning and very uncomfortable. Our friends also stayed and had issues with their door not locking and air conditioning as well. The noise from the street was loud. And they upcharged for a number of things like having a fridge, etc. The best part was the great location and easy walkability.

I had an amazing stay here for a very reasonable price with my mom and sister for a girls trip. The room was comfortable, clean and cute. The inside of the hotel felt like a small oasis or a little botanical garden. It was a very convenient location, close to the beach, restaurants and tourist attractions but reasonably quiet on the third floor room.

This was a fantastic experience!! I love this hotel in the heart of zona romántica. Right in the heart of town, everything is right out the door. We were treated to a bottle of wine and upgraded to a better room due to our vip status. The pool was perfect!
