La table de chevet était sale j’ai dû laver moi même ils m’ont tous simplement dis qu’ils étaient pour le signaler.mon mari a cassé un verre ont nous a demandé d’aller chercher le balai à la réception très peu serviable

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It was decent enough, you’re surrounded by restaurants so you had your pick on what you wanted to eat. If you’re there for a concert it’s only an 18 minute drive from the hotel which was awesome. Clean enough but they don’t pick up garbage outside or inside the hotel that often. We basically just needed a place to sleep and it got the job done

Bien, propre et pratique
En général notre séjour a bien été! Le lit était plutôt confortable, il y avait plusieurs services proches accessibles. Le seul hic est que l'insonorisation est bien, mais les gens ne font pas attention aux autres donc on entendait souvent des bruits de pas a des heures pas possibles et de gens qui parlent fort à 23h-minuit et qui claquent des portes, mais on a vécu pire.

They do not provide cleaning services during your stay. We stayed in the 4th floor, and its not sound proof at all. Staff are decent but it felt like they could not help because of bad management process.

Great for those who are budget conscious. Located near the highway and a 15 to 20 min drive to Old Quebec. Staff was friendly. Hair dryer in the room was broken and the property didn’t have many spare ones to provide.
