Hotel staff were courteous and helpful. Our room was comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the pool and whirlpool very much. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. We will stay again if we are in the area.

Clean hotel, courteous staff. I was disappointed that I couldn’t get a glass glass from the bar to take to my room because there were only paper cups in the room. I also found the hotel not to be green because there was only paper plates and disposable cutlery for break fast. Not only is it not green, breakfast felt like I was at a 1 star hotel. Disposables are not classy!

Reliable and budget friendly hotel near Quebec Cit
Stayed at this hotel on many occasions when visiting Quebec City, especially in high season when other similar hotels in Quebec City were more expensive. Nice friendly accommodating staff at the front desk. Very nice pool and hot tub. Nice, clean, and comfortable room. This hotel includes breakfast, which is usually good. On this visit, the staff seemed to have a difficult time replenishing the food stations and seemed quite confused when they were asked questions. Potatoes and sausages were overcooked for a couple of days. This hotel is recommended.

The room was clean and quiet. We walked to a restaurant, Délice and the food was great ! Keep in mind, this location is in an industrial park, close to the highway. Anyway, the dinner was great and we slept well in the large well planned room.

Hôtel in Levis, convenient with a charging ststion
We visited this hotel each year for a few years. We are back after a few years. The rooms are still ok but no renovation were made. The breakfast is now a buffet, with a large selection and good overall but not exceptional. We used their charging station to charge our EV ($1 per hour) - very convenient. Their front parking is not very large and the parking at the back is really dark - that could be improved. Staff at the reception desk was nice.

The hotel was very clean and the pool was super cute. The breakfast was good. We had requested a cot for the room, which they brought up with no pillows for it and no proper blanket. Also the king bed was so uncomfortable.

Lovely hotel. Just off the highway. Great pool and hot tub. Beds were so so. Breakfast was good but those bamboo forks are awful. Great value!
