I liked that they had clean hardwood floors instead of carpet in the hotel room. The bathroom was clean as well. The fridge was useful too.

Not bad but not great. Friendly staff. Toilet ran like a faucet. No breakfast or even coffee except the little 1 cup maker in the room. Parking lot not adequate.

The staff is very friendly, we only speak english. They have a free shuttle bus available to the heart of the old city at 9am returning atb 4pm. If you drive its only a 15-20 minute drive to old city. If you book your trip directly through their website, then a continental breakfast is included free, free parking. Very nice stay

Suites Normandin Hotel
Tout était parfait!! Nous étions 6 personnes avec 2 chambres pour 3x nuits. Un sondage quelques jours avant le séjour est à remplir pour un meilleur service au dessus des attentes. Rendu là-bas, un bel acceuil et tout le personnel est souriant et courtois. Lit confortable, les chambre très utilitaire et écolo. Les salons et salle à manger sont parfait et confortable. Choix de déjeuner continental avec frais ou coupons pour 20% rabais déjeuner au restaurant Normandin. À l'acceuil, erreur de communication, il avait été dit le déj. continental gratuit...alors ils ont tout de suite corrigé la situation et nous ont laissé nos enfants consommé gratuitement. Beaucoup de lieux,commerces à proximité. Même le gérant ou le propriétaire a prit le temps de jaser avec les clients. On nous fait sentir bien!!! Merci pour le séjour!!
