Very clean!
So nice and clean! Great location. Comfortable, has a kitchen, teapot, dishwasher, coffee pot, lovely stove and good shower. At one point during our stay the elevator stopped working and there was no signage on it saying it was broken, but after emailing the hotel they were very quick to reply and fix the issue. Would go again!

Great location and space. Only complaint is that the bedrooms do not have doors, but rather have curtains and are not private. Also there are no closets or drawers to store your clothing. Otherwise the apartment was well appointed, spacious and clean.

Location is perfect. My only issue that i requested be remedied, and wasn't, was that our wooden creeky bed be repaired. The bed frame is fashionable and new but wood on wood means a noisy bed.

Very clean, property with all the conveniences you could need. We walked to the stop for the Hop On Bus to go touring, which was nice. Lots of room for a family or two couples but you better be friends as there are just curtains separating of the bedrooms instead of a doorway. Not sure why as it is framed up to be finished off. Easy check in and check out process. The building setup was a bit of a maze. The management was very easy to connect with and they were going to allow us to store our bags at the building across the street, but when we arrived, it was already cleaned and ready so we checked in very early which was nice after getting off the cruise ship. I would definitely recommend.

Horrible decir and very empty. Doesn't feel like a hotel, but also not like a fully equipped apartment either. Space looks half finished. Ok for a single night stay but not amazing. Also not as close to the center of town as I had imagined. Would not stay at this location again

This accommodation was a spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen with a dining area, and a living room. It was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The only oddity was that the second bedroom had curtains for privacy versus a door. The location was great and within walking distance of grocery stores and many restaurants and cafes. We walked to the old town and it only took 15 minutes to get the gate in the wall. We would absolutely stay here again!

I booked this loft with the false advertisement of a Mountain View. When I got there there was no mountain view and this would not have been a big deal if I didn’t specifically book this room solely on the view. There were many other better options for my vacation hotel and I turned them down for this. I was disappointed when I got there the view was of a shady alley with a broken down building and so called the front desk informing them of the mix up. They said the manager was not there and they would call me the next day. I waited but they still didn’t reach out to me so I called them again. Then for the second time I was told the manger could not talk to me and I was told to write an email explaining my situation. I wrote a detailed email with attachments of the room I booked, pictures of what I was promised and what I received. I explained how they falsely advertised their hotel. Although I sent this email and still did not get a reply. So the day I was leaving I talked to the front desk face to face. They could not provide me with any compensation or any reason as why the manager could not speak with me. I went there on the 14th called, the next day 15th I called again and sent an email and on the 16th I talked up front. Still they did not consider my time important and have not given me any form of compensation. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone if I could give it zero stars I would but I unfortunately can’t so this is a one star.

Beautiful new apartment with good location
One of the nicest place I have ever stayed. About 15 minutes walk to the old Quebec City so the location was very good. Place is new and clean. Would recommend this place to anyone.

This is not what they claim on website. Separate bedrooms are separated by curtains no doors and no privacy !!!! This is a scam - u pay for separate bedrooms and you are getting curtains to separate rooms
