Booked for two nights 09/21-09/23. When we first arrived the room smelled musty. Didn't really think anything of it because it was dated. When we were ready to go to sleep, my daughter noticed some "bugs" in the headboard. Upon further inspection, we knew it was Bed Bugs. We grabbed all of our belongings and put them into the car. I went to the night clerk to tell him. He didn't act surprised. He said he couldn't refund us, we would have to talk to the manager in the morning. The manager "Brian" was hard to get in touch with. When my daughter finally reached him, he denied the problem, tried to tell her we must have brought a dog with fleas. We didn't travel with any pets. And didn't want to refund us. After she sent him an email with pictures, he finally relented, and refunded us one night, even though we were unable to stay at all. I ended up getting a room down the street at a Hilton and checking in at 11pm. I would NOT recommend this place under any circumstances. The board of health needs to pay them a visit.

I booked this hotel for a birthday weekend trip to St. Augustine. I picked it for its location, the number of positive reviews, and the free roll-a-way bed. When we arrived at the hotel I requested the use of one of the advertised "free roll-a-way beds" only to be told the hotel didnt have any roll-a-way beds. I was disappointed but I figured maybe I was remembering the wrong hotel. The room was clean. We had also requested extra pillows which we didnt receive until our last night there. We were only provided 1 roll of toilet paper and our box of kleenex only had 4-5 tissues in it. There was supposed to be free wifi but we couldn't find the password anywhere. There was no way to contact the front desk. Our tv kept turning itself on multiple times during the night; to the point that we had to unplug it at night. Once I got home I double checked the hotel's listing and realized that I had not remembered the wrong hotel, which was disappointing.

Great place!
Great spot with one of the best breakfasts o have had. It’s not too far from old town. The room was big and had everything we needed including a small table. The staff was amazingly friendly!

Good enough
Hotel is close to everything. Not walking distance for most but not far. Its on a busy traffic corner so may not be preferred for light sleepers. All in all the staff was super nice, room was clean, lot was well lit with plenty of parking. Breakfast was decent .

When we got to the hotel the room was not that nice, the ac was not good at all. But we went back to the front desk and they changed our room. The worker was very polite and helpful. The second room was much cleaner looking and the air worked great! The room was nice.

My water pipe broke and I needed a room for the night. When I went to my room, it looked unsafe. The worn couch had stains all over it and seemed dirty. The bed was extremely hard when I sat on it(like a wooden box). I took a shower and checked out.
