Top notch stay with a couple hiccups

Very good. But did not get disability room as requested OR lower plaza room Heater is very noisy. Convenience and quality of restaurant is a major plus.

Parking is awful if you have a disabilityparking permit. Then there was no luggage cart, so we carted our luggage up to the 4th floor and down 2 hallways. We opened the door to find multiple stains onthe rug and tv stand. Dont think ill be back

There were a group of female teenagers running up and down the hall for most of the night and in to the early hours of the morning. They were screaming, laughing and banging doors. Didn’t get any sleep at all. Reported to the desk! When you pay for a room you expect by 11 pm or even midnight for people to be quiet.
