The carpet floor was old and dirty, smells terrible, if not because of the cold temperature outside we’d rather sleep in our car. We didn’t get any sleep at all. The noise from the shower next door was so loud, I thought someone was vacuuming when they opened the shower tap.

In spite of a confirmed Expedia reservation there was no room available for us. It took almost 2 hours for the front desk staff to reach their manager and find us a room in another hotel across town. Expedia was as useless in this situation. Customer service rep hung up on me.

A very nice property and overall experience. One drawback: no elevator. We had a second floor room and had to manhandle our luggage up the stairs.

I was pleasantly surprised at the condition of this hotel. Do not let the basic exterior fool you, once you are inside you will see that it is very clean and the rooms have been updated. Very nice and comfortable. I will stay here again when in Sudbury.

This property derives a lot of its business due to the hospital next door that specializes in heart, cancer and children's services. As a result there are a lot of older guests and people going through a stressful time. The staff never fail to treat all guests with compassion, a friendly smile nd a helpful attitude. Clean, comfortable and a decent price.
