Acceptable place to stay. Clean. Room was a nice size. Lots of pillows. Great soaker bath tub. Towels are terrible. Food at breakfast was not very good but it’s included so also free. The room Only included one coffee for the entire stay, but I was given more coffee when I went to ask for it.

The bathroom faucets were very hard to turn on and to adjust the temperature because the faucets were so tight both in the sink and shower.

Great location. Lots of amenities. Rattan chairs were worn out and uncomfortable. Room needed upgrades. There was mould on the tiles in the shower and tiles needed to be regrouted. Room was cold and heat didn’t seem to work well when I tried to turn up thermostat.

Lovely hotel
The hotel is lovely and was perfect for my needs. The only challenge I had is getting anything to eat before 7 am. I spoke with the hotel front desk and with one of the restaurant staff who was getting ready to open, hoping I could collect a muffin or pastry, but was told to I had to wait until 7.
