Property looks nothing like the pictures online. Toilet was leaking from behind the tank, yellowed toilet seat, lamps had chipped paint, garbage under the bed. Walls were poorly patched from holes.

Place was clean but updates could easily make the rooms look better. New caulking in the bathroom and painting the outside doors. I was happy with the cleanliness though. Pool looked to be in great condition and all the staff were very pleasant.

Roach on the table when we arrived, ok it happens, wasn’t thrilled, then air conditioner blew a fuse… not faulting them for that, it happens. They immediately gave us another room, great service. But second room also had a roach on the floor. I reported in the morning to front desk about both roaches. They apologized. Breakfast was decent and what you expect at all these LaQuinta branches.

The property was substandard. The room had an old and sorrow smell. The power outlet in the bathroom area didn’t work. When I checked in my room one of the bath towel was old. A couple of customers was smoking weed on the balcony.

Convenient location, the bathroom sink and toilet were clean, and the TV worked well. Otherwise, this was the dirtiest, least well maintained hotel room we've ever seen. Dead smashed bugs on the floor in a couple spots. 1 live spider on the floor, and 1 live spider on the bed under a pillow. Hair and a piece of grass on the sheet under the covers. Mold and dirt at the base of the entry door and closet door. A/C worked, but probably hadn't been run for a while since the room was musty, warm and damp when we entered. The smoke detector was not installed, and the wires were hanging out of the wall where it was supposed to be. The breakfast area did not have enough chairs for all the tables and some guests were forced to stand to eat. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will never book this one again, even though it is convenient to our daughter's college.

The place looks rundown on the outside. It looks sketchy. Nothing like the picture online. As I checked in the told us the had no hot water but wouldn’t refund us because we had a non refundable room. There was breakfast but although there were six tables, there were only 4 chairs so we couldn’t stay for breakfast either.

bad hotel .. will not recommend
dirty bathroom, no hot water, bed sheet not changed (left over food between bed sheets, weak Wi Fi, no number on room telephone to call front desk, I have to go down instead of calling from room, most lamps are not functioning, under staffed ( same front desk clerk at 4pm, 7pm 11:30 pm and 8:30am next morning , breakfst very poornot enough chaires (5 chairs only in the whole area guest asked for more chairs same front desk clerk who also clean and maintained the breakfst area went to get chairs from h.k office) asked to speak to GM said he comes at 11 am . we were not satisfied at all and we will avoid La Quinta inn in the future.

It was very bad for travelers. I would not want anyone to experience the trouble we experienced. We were stranded having made reservations, but they had no hot water. We tried to cancel or relocate. We spent two ours trying and finally had to drive back home because our money could not be credited back in time to find another hotel. It is a hotel for local, low income people.

Property has no elevator that works. It also had no hot water. They did offer a refund on the room but on a weekend trip the room prices had doubled in the area. Bathroom had hair in the tub and sink. Lots of questionable activity was taking place. But the one positive thing about the hotel if you want an excellent cup of coffee it’s right next to 7Brew. Overall if you need a place to just lay your head it will work. But if traveling with family I wouldn’t recommend.
