Overall good - BUT...Arrived at 3 but room was not ready. Staff said they would call me when room is ready (estimated in 15 mins). After an hour woth no call, I went back to front desk to ask the status and magically the room was ready. In fairness, the check-in lines were crazy long and staff was working hard to get through the line

The bed was very comfortable however my dining experience wasn't that great..the wings i ordered was cook a bit to hard to eat and some of them were burnt mentioned this to the staff..then received more wings cooked the same way so asked to order something different but only to be told the KITCHEN IS CLOSING at that point I was very upset..and it was to late to go anywhere else especially after the wasted time going back and forth...needless to say their waa no compassion showed here...lesson learned..its a shame to say in a nice hotel only to experience a horrible evening trying to get a decent meal!

Hotel and staff were really nice. But when I checked in, they told me (and other guests) that they had no hot water, and we either had to crack on, or find another hotel. Not ideal @7pm after traveling for 14 hours from the UK and the first thing you want is a shower.

I loved how nice and helpful the staff was, the room was amazing and the pool and hot tub were accessible. The restaurant that was included in room service was amazing. Very fast and good quality food.

There is nothing to like about this property. The staff was not friendly, during our two night stay we did not have any hot water. Bathrooms in the lobby area were extremely unclean. Pool was dirty and had caution tape hanging everywhere! Hot tub was under construction. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

The hotel itself is a nice place and most of the staff was great, but there were a few that were not very friendly. Also the first time I stayed there they were very accommodating as to allowing me to check in early, however the second time I had to wait for hours to check in and I was not granted the 2:00pm late checkout time that was requested and notated ahead of time and upon check in to the hotel. I was told I had to leave at 12:30pm at the latest and was on my way out the room at 12:32 pm when I got a call from the front desk telling me I needed to vacate the room.
