This was the worst property I have ever booked. Upon arrival we started the check in process and the girl at the front desk had a little bit of an attitude but ok not a major issue. We were given our room key and told that we had to go outside to get to our room and that it was on the second floor. Normally this would not be an issue but I just injured my knee so it was hard climbing the stairs. There is no elevator to my knowledge which could be an issue for someone who is not able to do the stairs. Once entering the room there was a musty smell. The room itself looked very outdated and there were stains on the walls. I pulled the covers and sheets back as I always check for bed bugs anywhere I stay. Needless to say IT WAS DISGUSTING! There were black bugs in the sheets. Along with human pubic hair and brown stains. This was not only in one of the beds but both beds. Also, the tub looked as if it had never been cleaned. We immediately left the room. We went back to the front desk and showed the woman at the desk what the room looked like and requested our money back. She felt really bad and apologized. She requested the pics be sent to the hotel manager which I did. I have yet to hear from management. The only good part was they returned my money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

We had a great time here. We arrived early, our rooms weren’t ready but they allowed us to use the pool until they were. Pool area was beautiful. Felt like I was on vacay already though it was just a stop to Miami! Rooms were clean and hotel was quiet through the night. There was a full spread for breakfast, nothing healthy, but it was a hot breakfast offered. Would stay again!

Stay away.

Definitely will not be staying here again. We got in late- a bit past 10pm. Front desk was friendly. We were so tired and our kids couldn’t keep their eyes open so we checked into the room almost in complete darkness to not wake them up. What a mistake that was. Morning came…and the room was absolutely filthy. The bathroom was beyond repulsive. Rust on the shower floor, paint was peeling, shower head was GREEN, towels were old and dirty, beds were uncomfortable and would creak every time I moved. Breakfast was atrocious. Toasters were old and dirty. I rather pay the extra money and stay at the Fairfield Inn right next door. I’m not sure how all of these reviews were so misleading but this was probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Don’t know how it has a rating over 8 - more like a 6 - 7 in my view. It was noisy one night due to a heavy truck with the chiller unit running all night parked outside my door. Don’t know why they allow this. Doors, bath both a little tatty - paint peeling and rust stains. Gym was not good - poorly maintained equipment. Breakfast ok, but notices posted with rules didn’t offer a relaxing vibe. Positive was the friendly staff. Overall, expensive for what it was.

Where do I start! We checked in and went straight to bed. To my surprise the next morning, I found a ROACH in the bathroom!! We gathered our things and checked out immediately! The girl at the front desk even gave us a hard time and did not want to refund us! Eventually she did.

The staff and especially Lisa were super accommodating! Such a beautiful stay! They truly take pride in their courtyard and gardening on their hotel grounds. Beautiful pool and the rooms are cozy!
