Room is large and clean. Windows didn’t open so hotel room is a little stuffy. The hallways were stuffy and carpet dirty. Free parking.

this place is a health hazard .i saw a police car parked in the entrance front desk said they were using the bathrooms. i went off for a hour and cops were still there...when we ck in they didn't have the handy cap that was requested in the time of reservation .so i said i would look else were . they said they were going to charge me for the first day that we if did not stay. they run a dirty scam . the fire dept / health dep / and building code dept need to be notified

If you need a place to crash, this hotel will do, just don’t expect much. The vibe is like staying at your great uncle’s place: outdated furniture, a faint smoky smell, it’s clean-ish, running hot water and has a bed. Zero amenities: no dining, no water bottle (unless you want to buy one from check-in desk). The staff is polite. For a budget stay, it works.

This was a bad experience all the way around, I’ve been trying to reach the 88 Palms Staff for a week now to discuss resolution. There were blood on the sheets, shower didn’t work, the AC unit was unbearably loud, the outlets didn’t work, and the staff was never at the front desk. I wouldn’t stay here.
