Warm welcome on arrival and a very smooth and efficient check in process. The room was warm and comfortable and perfect for our short stay. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Ideally situated for our visit for Christmas Markets. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

"The beds were very comfortable. They were by far the most comfortable beds we had in our 2 week trip throughout Europe. It was clean, quiet and in a great location.
