The desk staff were very friendly! The room was nice & clean- the cleaning staff were also very friendly. The only gripe I have is that we had someone trying to get into our room at midnight one morning. Could’ve been an honest mistake but thankfully the doors have deadbolts so we were ultimately fine, it was just a little scary. I do appreciate the strength & sturdiness of the doors!

Great value

First of all a great value to be right on the beach. The building itself is older, but they have updated the rooms. My room was neat and clean. I had a refrigerator and a super shower with a ceiling showerhead. The bed was a little too firm for me, but some people they appreciate that, there is a free continental bit breakfast that is basic but can hold you over till lunch.

The staff was very friendly. My room was clean, spacious and included a refrigerator and stovetop. The shower had good water pressure with very hot water. Located on the beach and had a pool and hot tub.

The location on the beach is good, unfortunately the lock on our door was damaged and did not line up. So we could only use the latch at night and had to remove our personal belongings and luggage during the day. Fully booked so could not change rooms.

We booked for New Year's Eve on the beach. The view and sunrise were spectacular. The room not so good. The bathroom had a wonderful large walk in shower. That is the only good aspect. The desk chair was ripped, there was peeling paint, the footboard of one of the beds was scrapped, the table and chairs were damaged, the door didn't close properly and appeared to have been forced open at some time. We were scheduled for 3 nights, left after 2. The continental breakfast was decent if you prefer hot beverage, apples, bananas, mufins and yogurt. It's definitely a no frills boutique hotel. The towels were paper thin. Bring your own soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Those offered were pitiful.

From the magnificent frontdesk staff which includes Len, Ralf and Michael who checked me in then extended my stay. They are very professional, courteous and accommodating. To Kelly, from housekeeping who made sure I had enough room essentials made my stay so relaxing and wonderful. I will definitely return.
