We were very early for check-in and we were still able to get checked in and drop our luggage. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful, even with the noise of the Fort Lauderdale airport 5 minutes away. Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful and cordial.

I’m 73 years old on their 11th floor. Attempted access to the 1st lobby for a luggage dolly. No working guest elevator. Night manager did not have access to the only working freight elevator. All at 4:00AM.

Go-to hotel when taking a cruise.

This is our "go-to" hotel when we take a cruise. Not only is it comfortable, there's also an airport shuttle as well as a service (which costs extra) to take you to the cruise port. They will also hold your luggage if needed after checking out.

Perfect overnight spot before cruise

Staff is really nice, free drink at restaurant and food is pretty good, rooms are big and bed is comfortable. Easy parking in garage for a fee. Very close to cruise port.

Stay somewhere else!!!

No AC in room, it took multiple calls to get someone up to look at it. It was unfixable, so we had a warm night, no offer to switch rooms, only we are very sorry, but too bad. Extremely rude parking attendant, she shouldn’t work with the public. Our second time staying there, and after this experience, it’ll be the last.

Great location, decent accommodations

They offer a free shuttle from the airport and the hotel is ideally located for cruise travelers, something they are well aware of with the nightly cost fluctuations. The local hotel is very over priced, especially for the quality of the food. A number of great restaurants are half the price within walking distance. Recommend reserving an Uber to the cruise port. Cost was about $20-25 and much cheaper than their shuttle for a party of 4.
