This hotel was outstanding! It’s right on Duval Street and the action! It’s very quiet and the grounds are beautiful! We enjoyed the daily breakfast that’s included in your stay! I will stay here every time I am in Key West!

Pros - Great location. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to see. No safety concerns as a solo female traveller. Cons - Staff not the friendliest to me compared to other guest interactions I saw, especially the ladies who ran breakfast. Cleanliness could be improved upon. Furniture was all stained and I found a cockroach in the bedroom.

Can’t beat the location of the duval house. Walking distance to just about anywhere and a bike and scooter rental right next door to explore the area. The staff were amazing !! The room was clean. The only thing was we found the bed to be a bit uncomfortable and we were only provided one small , thin blanket. I would certainly stay here again

We must have been in one of the 100 year old rooms, because I could hear every word our neighbors spoke. That said, they were respectful and the hotel was quiet when I went to bed. No issues sleeping. Great breakfast!

Loved the convenience of being able to walk all around the downtown area. Breakfast was awesome and staff was great. We had a room in the very front which was quite noisy being so close to the street . We were told the 2 chairs outside our door were assigned to our room however they were always occupied by others at all times in the night and early morning keeping us awake. Front desk staff had mixed opinions regarding if the chairs were dedicated to our room or not. Towels were quite old and very rough. Grounds and pool area were adorable

My wife and I came into town early, and our other hotel was fully booked. I needed just one night, so I picked this property due to it's location on Duval Street. The property is beautiful and centrally located to all the downtown bars and nightlife! If wasn't using reward points for this trip, I would stayed here the entire trip,
