"Not much to do or eat unless you uber no lobster or crab legs parking $50 a day is excessive (no other options you will be towed) Staff was amazing and helpful and even sang to us as we had cocktails the staff made this trip and the view ocean view room only was to go since you never get to see the sunset at all … "

"The property is centrally located to shopping and food outlets. The front desk clerk that checked me in wasn’t very friendly. While she wasn’t disrespectful I didn’t find her very warm. She made no eye contact during the check in process, she was very robotic. My experience when I returned was so much different at 7pm, the gentleman was friendly and even offered extra assistance for me to print some documents."

"This resort felt like being at a resort out of the country. I had to keep reminding myself we were just in Miami! The aesthetics are amazing and most importantly there are so many things for kids to do! I honestly can’t think of a complaint other than the construction but that’s only because I want to enjoy whatever they’re building, lol. Check in was smooth, staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms, specifically the bathrooms, could use a bit of an upgrade to keep up the aesthetic of the lobby/restaurants/exterior."
