The shuttle service to/from the airport was a nice amenity. The hotel sent me a message prior to my stay containing all the details regarding the shuttle, which let me know what to expect. The driver was helpful and recommended a nearby local restaurant for dinner. The hotel staff was great; they provided a new tv remote when the batteries in the one in the room died and had extra toilet paper on hand at the front desk, which was nice. The free breakfast was awesome. The mini omelets were delicious, the fried potatoes were just okay; they also had boiled eggs, oatmeal, pastries, seasonal-flavored waffle batter…a great selection for everyone. There is a Walgreen’s across the street, if you need to shop for essentials; there’s also a McDonald’s and a Wendy’s next to the Walgreen’s. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would definitely stay again!

They don't do as they say
Our stay would have been so much better if we did not have so many small issues. The main issue was that half way through our stay the air conditioner broke. We informed the front desk that we were heading to dinner and please have someone come by to fix it. They did send someone but when we came back it wasn't fixed so we were offered a new room. A week long to is a lot of stuff to pack and move. No rooms on the same floor either. Twice we had to inform the front desk of food that was dropped (by others) in the elevator. Then the toilet in our room would not flush properly. Because of all the issues we were offered something. After weeks of waiting what was sent was not what was offered. This is highly disappointing.

We only stayed one night because we were on our way to Ecuador the next day. The desk clerk Was wonderful--offered us a coupon for a Cuban restaurant and a card for free delivery GrubHub, which is a genius idea for a hotel. The clerk was friendly and helpful, the room spacious, bed comfortable. Also conveniently close to the airport! We would stay here again. Five stars!
