The only complaint is that 1 of 2 elevators was not working the whole time we were there and then the morning we left the only working elevator was not. We had to go down the stairs with our suitcases.

Ended up waiting 45 minutes for the hotel shuttle to pick us up at the airport. Hotel is only 3.6 miles away. When we arrived at the hotel there was a guest talking to the front desk about the hotel not checking ID when accepting a credit card. She apparently had multiple rooms charged to her card. The staff member that assisted us was concerned about everything going on in the lobby except for us. Gave us our room keys with no direction on where to go, no thank you or good evening, nothing. I won’t be staying here again.

The property was okay for a one night stay. The bathrooms could use an upgrade but the room overall was sufficient. We did have trouble getting into our original room because the door wouldnt open for any of the keys they coded for it. Thay was frustrating aftwr having a very long day and just wanting to get to sleep. But it didn't take them too long to get us into another room. I'm grateful for the overnight clerk being helpful.

I checked in at night and the receptionist was rude, the one in the morning was also rude. We missed the shuttle to the airport evem though we were waiting in the lobby like we were told. That was the whole reason why we booked that hotel. The tub and bathroom floor had someone else's hair.

1) No air conditioning in halls or elevator made the hall smell like a wet dog! 2) TV was hanging like a loose tooth off of the wall right in front of the sink and closet. VERY likely to cause someone to bang their head on it. And it was crooked to boot. 3) Ro om claimed to be accessible HA the bathroom was sooo small you couldn't open or close the door while on the commode. 4) Room sleeps up to 6 yet has only one towel rack. 5) Never in my life have I seen such narrow "bath towels". 6) Website says they have evening take out yet that was ceased and no one changed that on the website.

Late pick up!
The hotel was comfortable and hassle free to stay for the cruise. The staff was not very friendly. We came in at 10 pm and called the shuttle. We waited an hour and a half for the shuttle to arrive! No apologies from driver or staff.

We only stayed here for one night and it was meh/okay. The bed was pretty comfortable but I thought the room could have been a little cleaner. For one night, and the price we paid, it was okay. I don't think I would stay here for an extended stay.

The beds are comfortable, linen and towels were clean. The property has a bad smell, the furniture is in bad condition, the bathroom curtain is broken, the AC stopped working in the middle of the night, breakfast was poor to say the least. It was fine for one day layover in Orlando, but I would definitely not choose Ramada again. One good thing is that we got to check in early, really appreciated that. They are understaffed, one person for customer service is not enough, they try to do a good job but they can’t do it like this.

Very good accommodation for overnight near MCO
Beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are clean and have a lot of space. Breakfast amenity was pretty good and the staff was very attentive.
