Excellent spot to stay with the family every single time!! Park the car and walk to many restaurants, dining and night life right outside the front door. And an easy walk to Old Quebec. Absolutely lovely views from our high floor room. The only drawback this time is one of the two hot tubs was broken, and this time they did not allow our children in the hot tub (opposed to evey other previous stay here). Overall would highly recommend and return.

Average hotel, good location. Bring your own soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The dispensers look like the kind you'd find in an gas station. The shampoo/body wash & conditioner are one of the worst I've found in a hotel. Pool is super cute!

This potentially could be a great hotel in a good location. It’s been let go and there’s just a lot of little things that wouldn’t even cost a lot to fix to make it more appealing. The headboard was peeling and cleanliness could be stepped up a little. The room was spacious. It had lots of restaurants surrounding it, plus a restaurant right in the hotel. Shopping in the hotel also. Parking is a nightmare, They charge you, and send you blocks away. If my husband wouldn’t have been with us to go get the car every day, it wouldn’t have been doable with my bad knee. We enjoyed Sunday brunch in the revolving restaurant above the hotel.

Some amenities were not operational during stay

Overnight stay. Check-in was straight forward. One of the four elevators not working so the wait was longer. The hot tubs were not working when we were there.
