While the property was perfect for getting to and from the Indy car race track, our room was disappointing. For a room that cost almost $900/night to be placed next to the three running elevators was terrible. When I tried to change the room location, they told me they were booked (expected that) and no other rooms were available. Not happy with that.

It was a nice stay. The 2 room suite we were in was fine. The ‘sitting room’ was kind of an afterthought? 1 picture 2 chairs and a sofa. Okay-didn’t need high end but the elevator was on the other side of the wall. It was a nice view and right on the bayfront-very walkable and easy access to everything. Nice people

Hilton should be ashamed

Definitely one of the least pleasurable stays I've had at a Hilton. Begining with the misplacement of my reservation, then valet parked my truck(oversized) in a private lot being used by the event I was there to work, this is fine, however they forget to place a slip visible to the attendant. My vehicle was almost towed, luckily I happened to be there, and be walking around my truck when the attendant approached. The room had faulty furniture, drawers not staying closed, fridge not working. Then on the final morning, I got to ride the elevator 4 separate times with the same puddle of vomit that was marked by a "wet floor" sign.

Hotel was beautiful, convenient to dining options and close to the St Petersburg port where we were sailing from. Long term parking was a needed amenity for that trip.

Location of the property is nice and all. But no option for parking other valet at high rates. Which let's be honest makes us all limit if we are willing to tip. On arrival all staff was helpful and accommodating so can't fault them on overall. As we got up to our room we opened our door and noticed an odor of what smelled similar to sewage which wasn't that. It seemed to possibly be due to moisture and heat being run in the AC so we determined it probably wouldn't made much difference to change rooms. So we elected to stay in this one. The beds were comfortable and the room itself could use a face lift

The hotel is really nice and walking distance to a lot of things. The valet parking is where they get you on the price. They should include this in the fee so it’s not so deceptive when people are shopping for hotels.

Experiencia decepcionante debido a una falsa alarma de incendio Mi familia y yo nos hospedamos en Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront el 1/4/25-1/5/25 esperando disfrutar de una estadía tranquila y placentera. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia fue arruinada por un incidente sumamente inconveniente e inaceptable. Aproximadamente a las 2:00 a.m., la alarma de incendio comenzó a sonar, obligándonos a evacuar nuestras habitaciones y descender al lobby. Esto fue especialmente complicado para nosotros, ya que estábamos viajando con nuestra hija de tres años, quien quedó visiblemente alterada por la situación. Además, tuvimos que esperar en el lobby durante media hora en medio del frío, solo para que finalmente se nos informara que se trataba de una falsa alarma. Entendemos la importancia de la seguridad, pero este incidente refleja una falta de control en el sistema de alarmas que afectó gravemente nuestra experiencia. Dado que pagamos por una noche de descanso y tranquilidad, y lo que obtuvimos fue una situación incómoda, estresante y fuera de nuestro control, considero que una compensación, como el reembolso de nuestra estancia, sería una respuesta adecuada y profesional por parte del hotel. Confío en que Hilton valore la experiencia de sus huéspedes y gestione este tipo de situaciones con la seriedad que merecen. Espero su pronta respuesta y resolución al respecto.

One night Hilton hotel stay

Nice centrally located downtown hotel. Just want to mention the hotel only has valet parking which is $48.00 per night and the Hilton hotel does not provide a discount for parking which is sad. Had to find another nearby parking lot for the overnight stay.
