We stay at Travelodge often but this time were greeted by someone we could not understand at all. A very nice girl came to help him, to explain we had to pay a pet fee which was a surprise at a 'pet friendly' hotel. So we were stuck in the farthest rooms reserved for 'pets' and it smelled!! When we got to the room, there was red paint(?) on the floor, crumbs in the bed, kleenex crumpled under the sink and the tub seemed sticky. Also, most channels on the TV were not working.

Staff at front desk was rude on check in, room was mostly clean but bathroom still had soap scum and floor was gritty. Beds dont have fully encased mattress protectors, just mattress pads. Couch was stained. Hot tub was not in operable condition/boarded up with plywood and pool had low pressure flow and debris floating in the water/cloudy, no extra towels in pool area. Snow removal in parkinglot needs work. Aside from all of this, hotel was cheap for 1 night for medical travel, bed was comfortable and it was close to the hospital.
