People in the court yard were loud all hours of the night. Felt very unsafe walking through the property. Extremely humid in the room. Needed to set the air conditioner in the low 60’s so it didnt feel damp. Wall tile laying on the floor in the bathroom. Bathroom door would close tight on the bottom. Fixtures rusting from the humidity. Beds and pillows were good.

I didn’t like that the property parking area . It lack lighting. It’s way too dark. It felt unsafe. The room is a basic room. My hotel phone isn’t working even after putting in a request for maintenance.

Bathroom fans don’t work. There’s a strip club next door and across the street. We did have a great experience with being able to check in early as we got back to the property from a cruise at 9 am. They let’s us check in at 1230! However, front desk staff was less than pleasant.

The place is completely run down , beds are clean but everything else is outdated rusty moldy , the place doesn't feels safe . The hotel charged in advance even I paid extra to pay at the Hotel , They also charged 100 in deposits , not sure why when there is nothing you could damage at the room

Some, but not all, of the staff was rude and wasn't very accommodating. The overall condition of the hotel and rooms were very run down and old. The rooms were at least clean, but for the price not worth it.

Heater didn’t work in our room. Asked for it to be fixed or get a new room. When we returned for the second night heater not fixed and no new room was given so we asked to move again. Got our new room moved in and settled and someone opened our door and came in saying they have that room. Front desk called and asked how did I get the new room. They never offered a refund or anything. Never stay there again
