"I have stayed at this hotel many times. The check in and out process is quick and easy. The staff are always pleasant. I enjoy staying here because of its location. Parking is convenient and outside lighting is good. Housekeeping does a great job everyday. The bed was pretty comfortable. The surrounding is quiet. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again ."

"Awesome stay - this property is so cool and unlike anywhere we have ever stayed before - love the theming. Very reasonable cost and the ability to pool hop to any of universals resorts - so you can use the amenities at all of their five star properties! Easy walk to other universal hotels and all three theme parks or you can get on the bus or boat. Good in room kitchenette with microwave and decent sized fridge and basic cutlery/bowls/plates. It was a shame we hit a cold snap in the weather and when it gets below a certain temperature they don’t open the pools or the hot tubs even though we would have liked to at least use the hot tub - this seems consistent with how other Orlando hotels work though. "
