"Great location for commuting or wanting to be in a walkable place to see manhattan, time square etc. Bug rooms compared to other hotels. There is a per night hotel fee so don’t be surprised. I thought the staff and customer service was amazing here! They heard any concerns I had. They looked after me and my family there! The concierge was great. I would recommend this hotel. Hyatt Grand Central New York (there are a few Hyatt’s)"

"right in the action of times square. helpful staff. they are in the midst of fixing air conditioning so no fan in room and stuffy. they brought a portable fan to help lovely stafff"

"The hotel was nice. It's an older facility but they keep it up. The room and bathroom were small. The front desk and all of the staff were amazing! Very friendly, kind and courteous! Helping in hailing cabs--I was on crutches, so this was much appreciated. "
