When we had chrcked in we were in a room on the lower level. Requested second floor room and the lady at the front found one. Also celebrating best friends 55 Birthday and she gave us a bottle of champagne on the house to celebrat. Thank you

Stay here if you wanna travel back in time!
Honestly, this is one of my favorite places to stay in Banff when I am not looking to feel fancy or spend a lot of money. The rooms are clean (if not a bit dated), the bar staff is in good spirits (even if they use premixes for their cocktails) and you really can't beat having the option of staying in one of their condo units and having access to a full kitchen. The Wifi is bad, but you're not really here to surf the internet, right? All in all, I kinda just love the old school vibes and the price.

I definitely liked how I was able to park super close to my lodge. Made it super easy to carry my bags in. The room was pretty dusty though and the coffee maker didn’t work properly. The competitive rate was my main reason for staying here and I’d definitely do it again for that sake.

Great stay. Fun weekend.
Our stay was great. However, we came up with a few suggestions. I was disappointed that the TV wasn't modern enough for my firestick. But we made do watching a movie off the laptop. Larger coffee mugs would be a nice upgrade. Maybe choices of coffee strength? It would be nice to have an hour of quiet of pool time at the end of the day. Finally, clean change rooms would be appreciated!

We had a wonderful stay! It was a very pleasant lodge, most importantly the bedding was crispy clean, comfortable and enjoyable! The room was spacious and clean, nice decor. The only thing, the pool had over 20 screaming kids so we did not use it. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Overall good property with full kitchen. Downsides were the internet was spotty and not strong. Standard cable tv versus having other options such as Netflix and Disney to watch after coming back from a day of sightseeing.
